About Me:
Rachel Benton is an empath, an intuitive, a certified energy practitioner & a licensed intuition and embodiment coach.
Hi I'm Rachel Rose!
I'VE BEEN ON THIS JOURNEY FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW AND IT'S NOT UNTIL I STOPPED TO MEET MY SOUL, LISTEN TO ITS WHISPERS & GUIDANCE THAT THINGS STARTED CHANGING AND ALIGNING WITH MY DEEPEST DESIRES!
I needed to get quiet and completely honest with myself about the life I was living and the 'shoulds' that were running my life. I started using tools & modalities and incorporating healthy practices & rituals that embody a feminine approach. I let my being inspire my doing and let my intuition lead.
I am a recovering perfectionist and people pleaser. I spent most of my life hiding behind labels and masks so I didn’t have to deal with the hurt and the pain of loss and abandonment. I minimized myself because I didn’t trust and believe in who I was. I abandoned and rejected myself every step of the way without realizing it.
I have been a Heal Your Life Teacher & Coach for over 5 years and merge intuitive coaching with energy healing bringing a deeper level of healing and transformation to my clients. My highest vision is to help women step into the essence of who they are by tuning in and strengthening their intuition, connecting to their truth and higher self and embodying confidence and love in every facet of their being.
I have learnt that living an authentic, empowered life is about listening and trusting your intuitive intelligence to guide you every step of the way.
